Seriousy.

This is one of my favorite new pieces of music out there. It sounds very electronic, but it has this sort of retro feel to it -- all without sounding pretentious. I can't wait to use this in a flash movie soon.

Neat.

Really, really good recording job on this one. The "riff" is nice, because it blends together with counter melodies in a way that catches you off guard. This piece of music kind of puts you in a trance.

your music

I used it in a movie called "Spitball." You can watch it if you like... Or not. Probably not, because you're not going to read this. Ah, well.

How can one rate another's "effort," by the way? It's impossible to judge from the outside.

haha. no, seriously. this is better than anything i've ever heard on the audio portal at newgrounds (which is saying a lot, when you look at all the good artists out there).

this is the most addictIVE song, and it's a good thing that it is.

well done, i wish i could meet you and see how you come up with these ideas... aren't you from ireland or something?

awesome!

this piece made me want to play mario kart! it just got used in a flash, i'll have you know, which i gave a five to. (the music was better than the animation, but the overall package was steamin'.) nice job. i'm surprised this piece of music isn't more popular... it should be!

check out my tunes, if u want.

this was filthy

wow. what a dirrrty composition. i'm adding it to my itunes. i wish it were longer, but i also like how concise it is. i'm portuguese, bra, and i love this music. check out my new song "latin dog" under the latin genre in the audio portal!

GBInFlames responds:

Hm... Im not exactly sure what you mean by "dirrrty", but the fact that your adding this tune to your iTunes leads me to believe that "dirrrty" is a good thing. anyhow, thx for the review :)

hmmm

i can tell you didn't just get a loop off of garageband. this is a cool beat. but, i think you should say that it's just a beat, and that there are no lyrics to it. it kind of leaves the listener, who is waiting for some spit, hanging. the beat is nice and intricate, but it's lacking bass. maybe you could beatbox some? also, look to insert a bridge part for your song, so the diversity is better. it's cool stuff, though. i just wrote a latin/hip-hop song, and it's on the audio portal for today... you should check it out and review, too. peace, and good luck with ur music, bro.

rhythm problem

Hey, I like the harmony you used in this piece, but I think that it sounded too structured (since you used a computer to make the melody, instead of a keyboard). I also don't like how the rhythm got messed up after every phrase (every three measures or so). (You rushed into the next phrase by a coupel of beats.)

All of your other stuff is absolutely kick-ass, though. I love your new latin songs, and I'm going to download a couple to my iTunes. You're a great artist, and I hope to see your talent in full blossom in the future. Check out my first song (Cyborg Jesus Remix). It's goofy, because it's based on a flash cartoon, but I like the melody I put behind it. I'm going to be submitting some more stuff in the next couple of days, so keep an eye out!

Peace, and keep rockin'.

I'll be back.
