well

you have so much obvious talent, but you kind of wasted it on this clock movie... i like the original clock crew, but i'm not a huge fan of when people make new and absurd clocks.. you have great drawing skills, so why not use them to make something that comes from your own creativity? i'm working on an animation now, so it's nice to see a fellow rising animator gradually improving.

good work; i hope to see more (and better) from you in the near future.

peace.

ForkClock responds:

LoL, I just did this character for fun. I never did anything further with it. I acutally use ForkClock for the rest of my cartoons. Maybe youve seen some of them? This one is kinda old. :-) thanks for the kind review though!

wow

i was looking for a movie like that. you really excite me, because you're new and you have lots of talent with flash. i can't wait to see what you produce next. adding u to my favs now...

p.s. the best part of your flash is the way you create expressive facial features.. i mean, for such simple characters, they really showed elaborate emotion. great job, mate.

SirHappy666 responds:

Wow thanks alot. shame this isnt doing so well with the votes.. but thanks for the good response.

nice atmosphere

well, i didn't like the joke or lesson very much. but the atmosphere you created was wondrous. i like how they were in this constant mist, and the reason of this only made sense when you zoomed out to view the mountains. nice soothing music, too. i think this should pass. you should just make it longer, so it doesn't look like you just ended it prematurely. maybe a long line of fart jokes in a whole episode would be good, too. i'm a new flash author, too, so i know what it's like trying to get ideas to fit our limited animation skills. you, however, did a very good job with your drawing and the dialogue.

keep it up, mate.

codester responds:

thank you. i am a flash programmer trying to make animations. i will take note of your tips and thanks for keeping my spirits up :)

wow

Yes. Your talent is being honed.

this was so much better than ultimate showdown. great job; pat yourself on the back. i actually like the song from showdown more than this, but this submission's graphics blow the former's out of the water. you have obviously been working on your drawings and animation; it shows. i am marking this video as one of my favorites. this should be in the top ten, not ultimate showdown. the geek's braces were great, too. nice job with the foosball gag.

i will now commence to stop talking in now. nein.

let's commit ritual suicide! ;XDD

TmsT responds:

Why are you comparing my style to that of the Ultimate Showdown? Neither of us had anything to do with the visuals in that. Just enjoy the movie for what it is, not what it can be comapred to. Geeks don't rate themselves against other people. They just ARE. :) You should try it some time!

wow

those gasmask girls sure are sexy. th-they're chicks, right? cuz i'm not a gay! i don't like... gay!

haha.. funny movie. you should make a creepy video with gas mask rapists in this same style, but have no humor in it; then, people would freak out because they're not used to such a drastic polarity of two media by the same author.

ZekeySpaceyLizard responds:

you clearly have not seen my other flash

woah

nice unique (somehow) stick drawings... really great music. randomness had its moments sometimes... make it less random, perhaps, so the really good ones stick out like shit in a cup. what music did u use for this???

nice job, bucko

stickmanchronicles responds:

The music is 'Smile Around The Face' by Four Tet - http://www.fourtet.net/

wow.

this contained some of the most unbelievable crisp and realistic (yet simple, somehow) artwork. the animation was very smooth, with a high fps (i'm guessing). the characters were well thought-out, and the whole concept was cool while also funny. great work. i'm glad you've decided to make this a long and continuing series. i can't wait to see more of these.

FleckoGold responds:

We didn't..."create" these characters....this is actually us....but yeah they ARE well thought out!

really fresh

this was great, because it wasn't too gory. it was realistic and down to business. no real hitman would worry about bashing a guy's face in; he just get's it down quickly and discreetly. great job on the cop cars, and i thought your stick-ish characters had strangely unique feet. this was new and fresh. keep it up; make another one, and make it longer, please!

pat urself on the back, mate.

A.H.M.

Smoke-Tower responds:

Do Worry Mate
Next One Is Alot Longer This Is Just Like The... Like... The Start The Next One Will Be Like A Few Minutes... At 1st I Played This One To Be Around 2000 Frames But Then I Started Running Out Of Ideas Then I Switched Them Around And Just Made This A 2 Part Thing

thanks and im glad you liked it

awesome!

despite the music cut-out (intentional or not), this was perfectly timed and spiced with unexpected humor. i thought this was gonna be a story of a kitten following the path of her lost friend, but it ended up being hilarious! great job with the morals bit, and i loved the drawings and how they looked like they should be on PBS for a kids show. neat animation; how did you do that?? you should continue a series of these life lessons in this animation style... i'm gonna watch your other cartoons, and i'm adding this one to my favs. way to go, you just made part of my morning.

FluffyDemonRat responds:

Thanks! I had intended to make it look like a little kid made it, even though it's about drugs, alchohol and sex!

The animation is done by using 12 fps (really low), and making a seperate movie clip for each thing with three seperate, badly traced frames.

The colouring was done with the "paint behind" feature, because it's like a coloring book, only worse!

I might make a series, following Puff's life, she's an actress now, she might turn up like Marilyn Monroe.

Random tidbit just for you: Puff and Figaro are both real cats, they live in my house and are usually either on my bed, or under a sofa.

genius

omg, this is the start of a new series! awesome dialogue, just amazing. i love the chicks and their lifestyle... it really reminds me of angry beavers or rocko's modern life. wonderful, this made part of my morning. great job!

p.s. i just wish it hadn't gotten so violent at the end. this could be a great series if the turtle kept coming back.

stickville-07 responds:

thanks for your kind words ,but don't tell anybody but Monty isn't dead he'll return!

I'll be back.
